1. Casetronic products are covered by a 12-month warranty period against blemishes on material and defects of workmanship from date of purchase.

2. Return freight will be charged when goods are returned within warranty period. Casetronic will bear after service return freight for customer.

3. If warranty has expired, Casetronic will provide service for defective items at the customers expense.

4. The warranty will be voided if there is evidence of damage, abuse, misuse, or modification by the customer and parties involved.

5. Please download the following RMA request form and fax the completed form to (408) 262-8589. Our RMA department will be in contact within 24-48 hours of receiving a request for RMA.
